The Nationals’ magic number is down to one after last night’s 6-4 win over the Cardinals in 10 innings, and they arrived to Busch Stadium this morning with a chance to officially clinch the National League East title. Another victory over St. Louis would set off Washington’s celebration, as would a loss by the Braves against the Mets.
