Golly gee! Wouldn’t you know it Sean Burnett screwed the pooch again! Two suggestions please! One, send Burnett down to Syracuse to join his brother from another mother, Yunesky Maya and promote Josh Wilkie to replace Burnett. Wilkie has definitely earned a shot at the Majors. Second, promote the Harrisburg Senators hitting instructor to the big club. Harrisburg’s team batting average is exemplary whereas Rick Ekstein’s efforts with the main club have yet to yield results.
Results are, after all, what coaches get paid for or at least we would have thought.
