Storen continues to do job in Minor Leagues
In 13 combined appearances with Class-A Potomac and Hagerstown, right-hander Drew Storen has 31 strikeouts and no walks in 18 innings.
Storen, Washington’s first round pick in the 2009 First-Year Player Draft, has fanned 20 and allowed just one hit in 10 scoreless innings in his past seven games between Potomac and Hagerstown.
Prior to joining Potomac on July 19, the Stanford product struck out 26 batters and did not walk a batter in 14 2/3 innings with Hagerstown.
