Nationals to honor Bob Wolff

The Nationals are scheduled to name their TV broadcast booth after Bob Wolff, who was the radio and TV voice of the Washington Senators from 1947-1960. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Saturday.

Wolff, who is in the broadcaster’s wing of the Baseball Hall of Fame, is best known for calling Don Larsen’s perfect game in the 1956 World Series and the 1958 NFL Championship Game between the Colts and Giants.
