Nick Johnson is OK
Nationals first baseman Nick Johnson was back in the lineup on Monday after missing Sunday’s game with stomach pains.
Johnson said the pains occurred on Saturday night after the game against the Orioles. But it got so bad on Sunday that he had to go to the hospital. Johnson did not return to Nationals Park until the team was ready to travel to New York that evening.
“I feel like I do every other day. I feel good, real good,” Johnson said.
